We want you to love your order! Because each item is made to order, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retailers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Once approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund
You will not be required to return the damaged item.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes
We strongly recommend reviewing sizing charts and product details before purchasing.
